Chris’ practice focuses on real estate, business, and intellectual property transactions.  He has represented a wide range of clients covering a variety of situations.

Some of the representative issues Chris has handled includes commercial loans and financing, purchase and sale of commercial properties and businesses.  These properties consist of dental practices, multi-family and mixed use properties, office, retail and shopping centers.   Services Chris provides include lease negotiations, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, as well as, company formations. 

Chris also practices intellectual property transactions.  Chris represented clients in a variety of transactions including drafting software and software as a service licensing agreements, software development agreements, intellectual property purchases and assignments, website terms and conditions agreements, privacy policies, confidential information agreements, among others.
