Christa Binstock Israel is a trial lawyer and partner at Atwood, Holsten, Brown, Deaver & Spier Law Firm, where she devotes her law practice to workers' compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice claims, with particular focus on representing Nebraska's injured workers. Ms. Israel's work eithic, attention to detail, and advocacy skills have led to successful outcomes in the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court and Nebraska Supreme Court. In 2016 and 2017, she was named to the Super Lawyers Great Plains Region Rising Stars List. This is an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in the state annually. 

Ms. Israel grew up on her family's farm and ranch in southwestern North Dakota. She graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson State University in Dickinson, North Dakota, with dual degrees in political science and writing. After working in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C., she relocated to Nebraska to earn her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Ms. Israel is admitted and licensed to practice law in Nebraska, North Dakota, and the United States District Court – District of Nebraska. She is a trained and certified mediator and a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, State Bar Association of North Dakota, and Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
