Christina Salvia is an Associate Attorney at Offit Kurman, P.A., an AM 200 law firm, in the Family Law practice group. She advises clients on child support, non-dissolution matters, parentage, adult and juvenile name changes, first-responder divorce and post-judgment matters.

Before joining the firm, Christina was an associate with Argentino Fiore Law & Advocacy where she worked on a variety of family law matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas Callahan, Jr. in the Essex Vicinage of New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part. As a law clerk, Christina worked on cases involving custody, child support, arrearages, parenting time, relocation and domestic violence. 

During law school, Christina served as Vice President for the Domestic Violence Project and was a member of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology. She also interned at New York State Court’s Access to Justice, where she advised pro se litigants on family matters, including uncontested divorce and domestic abuse.
