SHEPPARD FUTRELL, PLLC is a general practice law firm.  Christina Sheppard Futrell represents individuals in incomeptancy proccedings, civil committments, protective services matters and misdemeanor criminal.

Christina is also available to handle adoptions, uncontested domestic matters, wills and estates as well as workers compensation.  Christina is certified mediatior by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and is available to handle Superior Court Mediated Settlement Conferences.
 
Prior to entering private practice Christina worked as General Counsel to the Republican Party of Florida. Having served in that, capacity Christina is uniquely equipped to provide election assistance to candidates and political committees in areas such as election day operations, campaign finance and various other topics relevant to the political process.

Christina has been admitted to both the North Carolina and Florida Bars.
