Biography

Ms. Bradley is a member of RatnerPrestia’s Biotechnology, General Chemistry and Polymers, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry Groups. Ms. Bradley has broad experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. She has assisted with all aspects of patent procurement from patentability studies to reexaminations. She also has instructed foreign associates on prosecution strategies for foreign applications. Ms. Bradley has assessed clients’ potential infringement risks and prepared numerous opinions and freedom to operate studies.

In 2007, Ms. Bradley earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. During law school, she actively participated with Widener’s Intellectual Property Society, holding positions as Treasurer, Vice President, and President. She externed for Vice Chancellor Parsons in the Delaware Court of Chancery where she assisted with patent mediations. Additionally, she was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society where she competed in trial competitions.

Ms. Bradley graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a dual degree in Science, Technology, and Society. At RPI, she was actively involved with American Institute of Chemical Engineers holding the position of Vice President in the RPI student chapter. Before attending law school, she worked as a Process Engineer for a global high-performance specialty materials company where she was responsible for such tasks as investigating production problems and developing and implementing corrective actions. She subsequently received a Proprietary Technology Innovation Award in 2003 for engineering modifications on the casting line.
