I am an intellectual property attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  I am also a registered patent attorney, and frequently represent clients in patent matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  My practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law issues involving medical devices and biomedical technology.  I frequently assist clients with risk management issues involving patent infringement and patent validity.  In addition, I obtain patents in the U.S. and internationally, and help clients to strategically manage their patent portfolios.  At the present time, I manage large patent portfolios for a major U.S. manufacturer of surgical implants and one of the nation’s top children’s hospitals.
