I have been corporate counsel for a variety of companies for the past 20 years (from eCommerce and high tech to advertising). As corporate counsel, I handle/manage all legal affairs for the company, and work with outside counsel if and when necessary. I have extensive experience in drafting and reviewing complex legal documents (ranging from merger documents and purchase and sale agreements to employment contracts and human resource documents to shareholder and license agreements, and many more), negotiating with top level executives at Fortune 500 companies, reviewing contracts and resolving disputes with 3rd party vendors, and handling all internal and external disputes.

I currently operate my own firm that offers corporate counsel services to entities and individuals. In addition to corporate counsel, I have been the COO, Director of Operations and VP of Sales and Business Development for three different companies, and have a very strong background in operations, business development, sales and marketing.
