Biography
Upon graduation from American University, Washington College of Law, I practiced law in the Washington D.C. area before relocating to New Jersey in 1999. I represent individuals, businesses and churches in the finance, purchase and sale of houses, businesses and places of worship, and in variance, zoning and redevelopment matters. I also represent people in divorce, custody, alimony, distribution of marital property, child abuse cases, drafting of Contracts, Wills and general litigation.
My clients come from all economic, racial, ethnic and social backgrounds and my practice has grown over the years mainly due to referrals from satisfied clients. I fight aggressively to get the best results for my clients and I handle every case with individualized attention, dedication and professionalism. I take special interest in the diversity of my client base and it is a usual and frequent occurrence for me to represent wealthy clients, including attorneys, in high dollar real estate or business transactions in one day and go to court the next day to represent an indigent parent who is fighting the state to keep custody of his or her child.
I have contributed to the development of the law in the State of New Jersey having litigated and argued published (DYFS v. A.R.) and non published cases up to the appellate level and I continue to update my legal skills and knowledge through research, seminars and continuing legal education
In my practice, my clients come first because they keep me in business.
