Hello, my name is Christopher Avery. I was born in Wichita, Kansas and lived in New York, West Virginia, and Ohio before moving to North Carolina. I attended North Carolina State University where I received a degree in History. After undergrad, I spent time traveling and teaching English in South Korea. When I came back to the States I moved to Greensboro and attended the Elon University School of Law. I was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Elon Law Review. I have worked with criminal defendants, non-profit organizations and consumer debtors in bankruptcy. I love using my knowledge of the law to help people and stand up for their rights. I joined the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt in 2013 and practice in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and surrounding areas.
