Christopher C. Brocato is a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney. He served in the District Court, Domestic Violence, Case Advisory and Major Crime Bureaus.  In February of 2008, Mr. Brocato left the District Attorney’s Office and with Douglas P. Byrne formed the law firm of Brocato and Byrne, L.L.P.   Mr. Brocato has handled thousands of criminal matters including numerous high profile cases. His practice has a strong emphasis on aggressive criminal defense and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome on each and every case he handles. In 2010, Mr. Brocato expanded his practice to include personal injury and is committed to obtaining the highest possible verdict or settlement for his clients.
