Mr. Soto enjoys speaking to accountants, lawyers, financial planners, insurance professionals, and the public. He maintains the highest level of knowledge and expertise through ongoing continuing education and frequent attendance at nationally recognized conferences on advanced planning topics. In addition, Mr. Soto is a member of Wealth Counsel and The Esperti-Peterson Advanced Study Group, which meet regularly to learn the most current information on advanced estate planning concepts, strategies and changes in the law directly from the most widely recognized experts in the country.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law.  He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and is admitted to practice before Arizona trial courts, the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Arizona, and the United States District Court of Arizona.
