Chris is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He assists business owners, developers, alternative energy leaders, landlords, and tenants with their commercial real estate needs. Chris drafts agreements for real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and dispositions, leases (commercial office, retail, and industrial), easements, assignments, releases, cost-sharing agreements and declarations. He also advises on zoning and land use matters, including rezoning challenges, zoning opinion letters, lot combination and subdivision, and easement disputes. In addition, Chris has assisted in representing clients’ interests in litigation in state and federal courts, including commercial contract, construction, and land use disputes.
