Attorney Chris DeMarco has been practicing law for twenty years, exclusively as a trial lawyer.  He has litigated murder cases, personal injury cases (including auto accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, fall downs, and work-related injuries), medical malpractice cases, construction claims, divorce and custody cases, property boundary disputes, and civil rights violations.  He practices in state and federal court and has argued appeals before the State Appellate Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney DeMarco’s philosophy has always been that he’d rather look a prospective client in the eye and give an honest assessment of the situation, than make a promise he can’t keep at the end.
