Biography
Christopher Edward Broome earned his B.A. in History at the University of Central Florida in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law in 1991. He is a member of both the Florida Bar and the Brevard County Bar Association. In addition to his legal career, Chris serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and holds a diploma from the Command & Staff College, Marine Corps University. His military service has been recognized with awards such as the Joint Defense Meritorious Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal (2 Stars). Chris has been actively involved in various community organizations, including the Brevard County Civilian/Military Council and the Titusville YMCA Board of Directors. He also holds roles as Chairman of the Jess Parrish Medical Foundation and as legal counsel for the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Foundation. Notably, from 2000 to 2004, he served as a councilman on the Titusville City Council.
