Christopher Ezold focuses his practice in three areas: business, health care and employment in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Business Law:  Christopher Ezold acts as general outside counsel to small and medium sized businesses, advising on all matters a business faces and representing businesses in litigation. 

Health Care Law:  Christopher Ezold acts as general outside counsel to health care practices, surgical hospitals and ASCs, and represents individual physicians and providers for regulatory, employment, disciplinary, contract and related matters.

Employment Law:  Christopher Ezold represents employers and employees in employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, overtime, FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, ERISA, third party investigations, PHRC/EEOC matters, etc.
