Christopher O’Brien attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, graduating in 1996 Magna Cum Laude with both a BA and a BS.  While at Stetson, Christopher lived and studied for a year in Dijon, France.  Christopher then attended The University of Florida College of Law, during which time he spent a semester studying at the prestigious University of Montpellier College of Law in Montpellier, France.  After graduating with his Juris Doctor degree in 2000, Christopher was admitted to The Florida Bar on September 14, 2000.  He began at the Office of the Public Defender in 2001, then spent 4+ years honing his skills as a trial lawyer.  In private practice since June 2005, Christopher has been lead counsel in multitudes of various jury and non-jury trials.
