Attorney Marzzacco has successfully represented hundreds of clients against those who have injured them and against their insurance companies.  In 2008, Attorney Marzzacco was certified as a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum after obtaining a $2,150, recovery for a severely injured client.  Fewer than 1% of all US lawyers are members. 

As a trial lawyer, Marzzacco is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and has served as an arbitrator in Dauphin County (Chair) and York County, Pennsylvania.  Marzzacco has served as  an Adjunct Instructer at Widener University School of Law's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program since 2001 and has coached the law school's trial advocacy teams in competitions.
