Chris focuses his practice on loan workout matters and commercial loan documentation.  He frequently represents financial institutions with respect to collection matters and the restructuring of troubled loans.  Chris also represents real estate developers with respect to the establishment of residential and commercial condominiums, subdivisions and planned communities.  In addition, he regularly works with parties involved in real estate transactions.  Chris enjoys assisting clients with the development of effective and practical estate plans.

Chris' previous experience in public accounting gives him the ability to recognize and consider the financial and tax implications of business and real estate transactions.  Chris believes that effective client representation requires a working knowledge of legal, governmental and political issues, combined with a practical, straightforward approach.
