I manage the corporate and transactional division at GRDD Law in Fairfax, Virginia. My practice focuses on the representation of small businesses and commercial landlords. I provide general counsel to a large number of small businesses across a variety of industries, assisting business owners with formation and start-up, buying and selling businesses, agreements between business owners, commercial contracts, employment contracts, business break-ups, and other business-related legal matters.
