Backed by ample amounts of litigation and trial experience, Attorney Chris Simmons represents plaintiffs and defendants facing complex issues including tort litigation, product liability litigation, and commercial litigation. Due to the skills and knowledge he utilizes in each case, he has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. In addition, he represents individuals facing employment matters including discrimination claims, the enforcement of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, and unemployment claims.

Before joining the legal team at Lyons & Simmons, LLP, Attorney Simmons attended Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, graduating magna cum laude. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, he enrolled at Southern Methodist University School of Law where he completed his Juris Doctorate as a member of the Order of Barristers.
