I am a criminal defense lawyer. 

I was sworn in to practice law immediately before defending an evidence tampering jury trial in September, 1992.  I started my career as an Assistant Public Defender.  Cases have not slowed down and I continue defending people from all walks of life from charges involving sex, drugs and violence. My trials have ranged from simple assault to murder, with an occasional lap-dancing violation along the way. I have tried criminal cases in Florida and Federal Court and have argued cases before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. 

I am a Life member in the NACDL And FACDL, which means that criminal defense is a career dedication.

I have had the Honor of working for the Office of the Public Defender and have learned as an associate, before opening up my solo practice in July, 2000.
