Mr. Arellano’s legal experience extends across many areas of practice; he assists business entities and their principals with a wide range of general business issues, including entity formation, business and tax planning, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists clients with commercial and residential real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, development, lending and financing, leasing, owners’ associations and covenants, and title and survey review.

Christopher’s practice also includes representing clients in the health care and employment law areas. He has represented hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, multi and single specialty physician medical practices, and others engaged in the health care industry. He regularly provides preemptive consultation to employers, helping employers implement personnel policies, comply with federal, state and local employment laws, and, when necessary, respond to employment discrimination claims and other state and federal law claims.
