Chris Little, the Owner and Managing Attorney of CNL Law Firm, PLLC, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his practice. Prior to practicing law in Colorado, Chris served as an attorney and advisor within the Iowa Department of Transportation, where he handled a wide range of legal matters, including Federal and State legislation, policy-making, and administrative law. During this time, Chris also led the division’s internal and external communications platforms, ensuring a consistent and quality-driven brand that resonated with consumers.
Chris also shares his passion for effective communication and legal insight through education. While working in Iowa, he served as an Adjunct Assistant Business Communications Professor at Drake University, where he taught professional communications to undergraduate students.

Graduating from the Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2013, Mr. Little earned his law degree from Drake University Law School in 2016 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University in 2021. After law school, he worked as an adjunct professor at Drake University for two years, after which he was a senior policy and communications officer at the Iowa Department of Transportation, where he advised on administrative law, and federal and state legislation and policymaking.
Mr. Little passed the bar and was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2019 and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 2021. Recognized by the legal community for his professionalism, vast knowledge and ethical standards, he has received accolades from many well-known organizations. He is AV Preeminent peer-review rated, the highest rating, through Martindale-Hubbell and also received the organization’s Client Champion award.
In addition, Mr. Little has been listed on the Top 40 Under 40 list by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers, holds a “Very Good” rating on Lawyergist and has received positive peer endorsements.
