Chair of the Financial Services Practice. Provide legal advice concerning a broad range of legal issues, including compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations applicable to financial institutions; transactional matters; corporate governance issues; and litigation avoidance and management. I also advise clients in connection with state and federal lending, deposit, debt adjustment/management, credit service business, money transmission, and privacy statutes and regulations. I help clients with:

• Regulatory compliance
• Licensing requirements and applications
• Negotiation and review of vendor agreements
• Marketing review and compliance
• New product structure and documentation
• Development of on-line policies, including terms and conditions of use, and privacy policies
• Business entity choice, entity formation, and preparation of corporate documents
• Review and negotiation of lease agreements
