Biography

Attorney Chris Smith is the current City Attorney for the City of South Milwaukee. He is also the assistant City/Village Attorney for Franklin, Mequon, Germantown and Mequon.

Attorney Smith has been recognized as a Rising Star in the State of Wisconsin annually by SuperLawyers annually since 2009 and is rated a perfect 10.0 on . He was also recently selected as a Leading Lawyer in M Magazine. Attorney Smith is a former adjunct law professor at local colleges and universities and has served as a Judge in New Berlin's Teen Court.

Attorney Smith is a former Partner with Magner, Hueneke, Smith & Borda, LLP. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and a graduate of UW-Whitewater where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
