I graduated magna cum laude from Binghamton University, where I was named to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned myJuris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law. I am a member of the New York bar and have a varied practice focusing on general corporate counsel and securities, corporate, real estate and general commercial litigation matters. In the securities area, I have represented large and mid-size securities firms and hedge funds in numerous arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and in State and Federal Court litigation. I act as outside general counsel to numerous small and mid-size businesses.
