Mr. Abernathy has been recognized by his clients and peers as one of the premier lawyers in this region. Mr. Abernathy is a AV Preminent Rated attorney by Martindale-Hubell and has been selected to the 2018 through 2025 SuperLawyers lists. 

Mr. Abernathy has represented clients throughout Southern California.  He has appeared before the Municipal and Superior Courts of California, the California Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court.

Mr. Abernathy has had the privilege of sitting as a Judge Pro Tem.  He has also acted in the capacity of a mediator and is routinely appointed by the court to represent those accused of being in contempt in Family Law matters.

A Southern California native, Mr. Abernathy was born in 1970 in Diamond Bar, California and resides in Rancho Cucamonga.  He is married with three children.
