Biography

I am a General Counsel-level attorney who has worked at four high-growth tech companies over the past 17 years. I am currently Deputy GC of K12 Inc., a $900M public company in Herndon. I am a corporate generalist with experience in all aspects of supporting a fast growing company including sales and marketing support, venture and bank financing, M&A and IPO/public company matters. I am a business enabler with an MBA who has also held business roles.
