I advise and represents clients in real estate, financing and business transactions in Arizona, Florida and Mexico and related litigation in Arizona and Florida.  My dispute resolution practice includes representing parties in contract, business and real estate disputes; investors with claims against company management; and creditors in Bankruptcy Court.  I emphasize practical solutions to achieve my clients' goals and protect their interests.  My real estate practice includes commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales, leases, development, financing, and workouts.  I also form and advise business entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships), and review, draft and negotiate contracts for businesses and individuals. I also represent borrowers and lenders in financing transactions and disputes.
