Nadine Chen practices exclusively immigration and nationality law and has composed successful support letters and legal memoranda for a variety of waivers, petitions, and applications including I-601, 212(d)(3), EB-1 (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 (National Interest Waiver), O-1A, P-3, H-1B, E-2, L-1A (New Office), L-1B, TN, SB-1, K-1, VAWA, I-751 waiver, U Status Certification, 319(b), N-400 and N-600. She has also drafted briefs for the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

As an immigrant herself, Nadine has experienced first-hand the challenges involved in obtaining and maintaining legal status in the United States.  She understands the impact immigration status can have on individuals and their families.  She is dedicated to enabling her clients to assert their liberties and to achieve their aspirations in the United States and beyond.
