Biography
Former United States Ambassador Clay Constantinou is of Counsel with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., where he leverages his substantial, existing relationships--both domestically and internationally--to achieve clients’ objectives. Mr. Constantinou has over 35 years practicing law in New Jersey, including his previous tenure as a partner at Wilentz, where he concentrated his practice on all areas of business transactions, corporate and commercial matters and litigation, tort litigation, public finance, banking and administrative law.
Clay Constantinou was appointed by President William J. Clinton as US Ambassador to Luxembourg 1994 -1999. He was the Founding Dean of the School of Diplomacy and International Relations, Seton Hall University (1999 - 2005). He was also a member of Patton Boggs’ Public Policy and International practice groups (2008 - 2014).
