A magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown Law School, Clay H. Greenberg served as a federal law clerk and for several years was an associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he represented major corporate clients and maintained a pro bono practice in immigration law. Inspired by his pro bono clients and the impact his work had on their lives, he now focuses his practice on immigration.

Clay is admitted in New York and practices nationally in the areas of immigration and nationality law.
