Cliff focuses his practice on all aspects of personal injury, civil and business litigation, and domestic, divorce, custody, and support maters. Cliff’s experience ranges from representing individuals injured in car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, to representing businesses and business owners in complex and high value business disputes. Cliff also has experience representing spouses in complex and challenging divorce disputes as well as difficult custody and support cases.

Before starting his firm, Cliff was an associate attorney at the trial and litigation law firm of Ethridge, Quinn, Kemp, McCauliffe, Rowan & Hartinger in Rockville, Maryland, is an experienced small business owner, and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Having graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, Cliff clerked for the Honorable John W. Debelius, III at the Circuit Court for Montgomery County Maryland, prior to entering private practice. Cliff also served in the chambers of both the Honorable Paul W. Grimm at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Honorable Irma S. Raker at the Court of Appeals of Maryland.

Cliff’s litigation and in-court experience enables him to advise his clients before initiating a claim, as well as guiding and representing his clients throughout the litigation process, including through trial if necessary.
