Biography
Conrad L. Falkiewicz was admitted to the practice of law in in 1979 and joined the staff of the South Carolina Attorney General child support enforcement unit. He entered private practice in Charleston in 1981 handling divorce, custody, and child support cases in the Family Court. Currently his main practice is in the area of Social Security Disability.
He was Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Charleston County Bar from 1994 to 1997 and he has lectured at seminars for the South Carolina Bar on topics such as “Ethics in Family Law”, “Analysis of Financial Information”, and “Use of Affidavits”. He is co author of an article entitled “Representing the (Innocent) Primary Wage Earner in Divorce and Child Custody” which was published in the South Carolina Bar’s magazine, South Carolina Lawyer. He was a volunteer South Carolina Probation Officer and served as the 1998-1999 President of the Lowcountry Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. He attends St Andrews Church in Mt. Pleasant.
