Cortney E. Whitehouse is a 2001 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and has been practicing divorce and family law exclusively since that time.  She is a licenced attorney, a Qualified Family Mediator under Rule 114, a certified Social and Financial Early Neutral Evaluator and a member of the Collaborative Law Institute.  Ms. Whitehouse has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2015.  She was previously selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2011 through 2014.  She has also served as Co-Chair of Minnesota Women Lawyers Solo / Small Firm Affinity Group.  With offices in Bloomington, Minnesota, Ms. Whitehouse practices primarily in Hennepin, Dakota, Scott, Carver and Ramsey counties but also handles many cases in Anoka, Washington, Wright and Sherburne counties.
