I am an attorney with Quist Law Firm, PLLC.  My goal is to resolve your family law issues while preserving family relationships, in a cost effective manner.  To that end, I will negotiate and mediate your case/issue, resorting to litigation only if necessary.  

I believe it is important to understand that once we enter a courtroom, one parent will  be a winner, and one parent will be a loser.  However, if we are able to come to an agreement outside of court, the winner will be your child.

Studies have shown that people, including those without children, who are able to author their own agreement, tend to follow that agreement.  The reason is simple: they "own" part of the agreement, and it is tailored to their particular situation and family.
