Since 2001, I have represented injured and disabled people throughout Vermont. I represent plaintiffs and claimants in automobile accident, personal injury, workers' compensation, wrongful death, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, and long-term disability claims. Suffering a serious injury or disability is extremely stressful event. Not only must one deal with the pain and suffering of the injury or disease itself, but often one must also contend with lost time from work, financial stress, and great uncertaintly about the future. A wide range of laws effect the injured and disabled, and the ways these laws interact can be complex. I take an all-encompassing approach with my clients. I do not focus on one particular claim or one particualr benefit. If the client's circumstances warrant, I will pursue compensation and benefits from multiple sources, in order to put my client in the best financial position. I understand the complexity in the laws as they effect the injured and disabled, and I aim to negotiate them to my client's best advantage.

In addition to my Vermont practice, I also represent clients in Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims thoughout New Hampshire and northeastern New York.
