Biography

I have a passion for real estate. And because of what I have learned pursuing that passion as an attorney and as a real estate broker, I believe there is room for improvement in the real estate industry. I tried to lead the way as a real estate broker - but apparently I was a little ahead of my time.

But my law practice continues to thrive. Today, it is sole focus. For more than a decade, I've worked to improve quality and reduce costs in the real estate business. These days that takes the form of FSBO or For Sale By Owner Sellers, and savvy buyers who use a lawyer instead of an agent to save a ton of money.

I am also still a traditional real estate attorney. I am 100% committed to identifying, protecting, and advancing my clients' interests. And I never, ever forget that sometimes an attorney is more expensive than the solution. Where that's the case, I probably won't agree to represent you. That's how I practice.
