I also represent a variety of landlords for evictions through the Arkansas civil eviction process known as Unlawful Detainer.  Due to the Arkansas criminal eviction process recently becoming unavailable for many landlords, landlords will need to become familiar with the civil eviction process in order to protect their property rights.
