Mr. Chernoff is a business lawyer, concentrating his practice in general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, including the leasing, acquisition and sale of real estate, and financing. Mr. Chernoff has represented international, national, regional and local businesses and individuals.

Mr. Chernoff graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Economics and attended The Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude. He served as an editor on The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. After several years of practicing law with a large Philadelphia area firm, Mr. Chernoff joined Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC in 2003.

Mr. Chernoff is the President of The Woodmont Community Association.
