Craig V. Morton co-founded Morton & Germany, PLLC with Jeffrey D. Germany in 1998. Mr. Morton was originally admitted to practice in Tennessee in state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District in 1991. He subsequently gained admission to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Fifth Circuits in 1994 and 2003, respectively.
