Crystal R. Villaseñor was admitted into the New York State Bar in 2011. She began her law career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Glasser & McGuire, LLC where she practiced Landlord Tenant Law, Matrimonial Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation. In 2016, Crystal was admitted to the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York. Ms. Villaseñor has practiced in various New York State Courts and is a fierce ally to have on your side. In 2017, Ms. Villaseñor opened her own law practice with a focus on Matrimonial Law, Family Law, Landlord & Tenant Law, Real Estate Litigation and Civil Litigation.

Ms. Villasenor currently serves on the Board of Directors and as a co-chair of the Civil Courts Committee of the New York Women's Bar Association. The Civil Courts Committee provides a forum for members, which consists of Attorneys, Judges, and Court Personnel, to network with their peers remain updated on recent changes in the law, and gain expertise in their field.

Ms. Villasenor has contributed several pro bono hours to the Safe Passage Project - The Safe Passage Project provides free attorneys to immigrant & refugee children who are at risk of being deported and are not provided counsel by the government. & in January 2020 Ms. Villasenor volunteered at the South Texas Family Residential Facility in Dilley, Texas with the Dilley Pro Bono Project serving as a legal volunteer to the women & children seeking asylum in the United States.

Since 2018, Ms. Villasenor has been an active volunteer at the Village Independent Democrats Tenant Rights Legal Clinic - providing legal assistance to tenants regarding housing court issues.
