Cynthia is a Partner at McNeely Stephenson where she focuses her practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Real Estate Litigation. 

Cynthia graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington in May of 1999.   She was then admitted to the Indiana Bar in October of 1999.  In addition, Cynthia is also admitted to practice before the United Sates District Court for the Southern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.  After law school, she served as law clerk for the Honorable Theodore R. Boehm, Associate Justice of the Indiana Supreme Court, and the Honorable John Daniel Tinder, a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
