Biography

Cynthia K. Garrett concentrates her practice in the area of pharmaceutical products liability, representing people who have been injured by defective drugs and medical devices.

She graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and for ten years practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the tax divisions of international and local accounting firms.

In 1994, she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She also studied international law during the summer of 1991 in Budapest, Hungary and the summer of 1993 in Brussels, Belgium.
