Cynthia and her staff  assist the community through membership in service-oriented organizations, being on many committees, as well as volunteering in many community programs. Cynthia has attended many continuing education workshops and has given several presentations on various legal topics. Cynthia was the recipient of the William L. Thorpe ProBono Attorney of the Year Award for NC in 2010 for her unpaid services provided to our community and profession for her work on Guardianships, Wills , and Powers of Attorney.
