I graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1993, then attended Law School in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphrey School of Law in 1996. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee, the Middle District of Tennessee and the Eastern District of Tennessee.
I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Knoxville Bar Association, and I have completed Max Garner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp.
I have represented consumers and small businesses in Bankruptcy Court against their creditors since 1996. I also worked for a United States Chapter 7 Trustee for two years.
I grew up in Oliver Springs, Tennessee and graduated from Oak Ridge High School in Oak Ridge, Tennessee in 1987. I am married to Don and have a boxer named Floyd who comes to my office every day. Floyd and I would love to see you.
