My practice focuses on criminal trials and criminal appeals,so that I can better stay on top of the issues that affect my clients.   I have extensive experience in criminal defense and appeals,  including serious crimes involving murder, sex offenses, internet crimes, drug cases, trafficking, white collar offenses including ponzi schemes, larceny, embezzlement , home invasion, gun cases and other crimes.   I especially enjoy working on cases involving complex issues and scientific evidence.  I practice in both the federal and state courts.  Since I practice in both Massachusetts and Florida, I can frequently spot issues in my clients' cases where there is a conflict of how the states interpret a constitutional issue that has a potential to be raised before the US Supreme Court.
