Dale Quisenberry is a seasoned, AV-Rated attorney with over 30 years’ experience in intellectual property law. His practice includes obtaining patents, registering trademarks and copyrights, protecting trade secrets, litigating intellectual property lawsuits, licensing IP rights, rendering opinions, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and counseling clients regarding a broad range of intellectual property issues, including in entertainment and media law.

He is registered to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is experienced in prosecuting patent applications for a diverse range of clients and technologies, from inventions developed in the oil field to the road construction and software industries, and many others in between. He is also experienced in securing registrations in the United States Patent and Trademark Office of trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, and has even been successful in registering the shape of a product as a trademark.

Dale has litigated numerous IP lawsuits in courts across the country as part of his nationwide litigation practice. He is experienced litigating claims for patent infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, unfair competition, Lanham Act violations, copyright infringement and related state and common law causes of action.  He is admitted to practice in numerous courts, including the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Northern District of Oklahoma, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Federal and Tenth Circuits, and the Court of Federal Claims. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in numerous United States District Courts throughout the country as part of his litigation practice, including in California, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Tennessee, Maryland, New York, Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia.
