Biography

I set up my law practice in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, in 1980 and have been practicing in Coeur d' Alene since 1980. I have handled numerous appeals to the Idaho Supreme Court and to the IdahoCourt of Appeals. I was appointed to serve on the Idaho Appellate Rulles Committee and also to the Idaho Criminal Rules Committee. I have been handling crininal cases since I started my practice in 1980, including DUI and BUI cases, drug cases, battery cases, etc..
