Biography

I have a broad business and transactional practice representing individuals, entrepreneurs, private equity and companies in a wide range of industries in all stages of development. I regularly advise clients on entity formation, financing and purchases and sales of businesses. I also specialize in franchise law, including mergers and acquisitions, representing franchisors, franchisees and area developers. I also act as an outside general counsel to many clients advising them on legal as well as business and strategic issues. I am a a quick learner and takes a common sense approach to my work. I am a native Houstonian and dog lover.
